The inspection report produced by On-Site Inspections, Inc. is for the sole and exclusive use for the client named in accordance with our written contract and is subject to all of its terms and conditions. This report is a work product by On-Site Inspections, Inc. and as such any unauthorized duplication and/or distribution of, use of or reliance upon our inspection report other than by the clients or parties to the real estate transaction of the property identified within our report is strictly prohibited without written permission by On-Site Inspections, Inc.. All parties agree to hold harmless, individually, jointly, and/or otherwise, the inspector, On-Site Inspections, Inc. their successors and assigns from any third party claims arising out of unauthorized distribution of the inspection report.
